How do you ship?
We ship US Postal Service Priority, UPS or FedEx. Please check listing for shipping details. We can ship using a carrier or shipping speed (for example, Postal Express, FedEx 2-day, etc.) of your choice. Please note additional shipping and handling charges may apply. Please email for details on shipping for any item(s).

Are all your items new?
We sell new and reconditioned/refurbished products. Our listings will ALWAYS define the item as new or refurbished, as appropriate. All of our refurbished items are from the original manufacturer and we will state in the listing what the guarantee is.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our products. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within five (5) business days of receipt. The order must be returned to us within thirty (30) days of purchase. Items received after thirty (30)-day time period will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your item we will issue a credit less handling fees, original shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee for all non-damaged/non-defective returned items. Defects are refunded in their entirety including shipping AND return shipping.
